Starting my day working #SkipTheDishes and getting 3.4K steps in, I set out after work to do a #freewrite and hit 5K ending with the distraction of walking and writing resulting in 9K ?

My day was the usual blah blah in and out of the vehicle wearing a mask. Today I decided to go full Sasquatch wearing my matching mask and hat, the looks were worth it ???

It was so freaking hot I was sweating like a pig underneath that hat and face mask but some places are starting to give me dirty looks if I don’t wear it. I would much rather not be the person involved in that battle, never mind the fact that my fiancé is making masks so…

It’s a beautiful spot where I stopped around The Gorge Waterway, very tranquil Japanese I believe styled garden where I did my chin ups and push-ups.

After last night‘s wigging out of the people while carrying my tripod wearing black I decided to go with a white shirt and just using a small phone prop for recording.

Having run out of time about 10 minutes early now I know to account for it prior to setting out. Maybe starting off with doing a little bit of jogging to cover distance before I get into writing and distracting myself. I did get greater steps with the distraction but I also tend to slow down.
